The head of science department during the end of term meeting reported that the department is in dire need of teaching equipments. Students will not perform well if not given a chance to do experiments. The hands on activities enables leaners to develop concepts which otherwise could not be developed. This way they develop confidence in themselves snd become interested in leaning. The scientific knowledge so acquired triggers curiosity that finaly leads them to become young scientists.
